You can order via our secure online store 24 hours a day, 365 days a year or alternatively you can place your order by:

Order Confirmation
After you place your order you will receive an email to confirm the details. This email is proof that we have received your order.
If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us to let us know.

Order Processing
Via our Online Store
Within 2 business days of you placing your order through our online store you will receive an email to confirm the availability of the products you have ordered and to give you an estimated processing and delivery time. In the short term this email will also give you options and costs for delivery.
Via Phone, Fax or Order
Within 2 business days of you placing your order you will be contacted by phone to confirm the availability of the products you have ordered and to discuss delivery options and costs
Availability of Stock
We aim to have products in stock at all times but please be aware the supply of goods is subject to availability. However as we offer such a wide selection of themes we may from time to time be out of stock or there may be a delay in expected delivery times from our suppliers.
In the event that we are out of stock of any product(s) we will do everything we can to fulfil your order before the date of your party. If we cannot get the product(s) in stock in time for your party we will contact you to advise you and to check if we can offer you alternatives or if you wish to delete the product(s) from your order.
Orders are addressed to the birthday child unless you request otherwise.
Invitations ordered as part of a party box can be sent separately by standard mail FREE of charge. You can request that your invitations be sent Express Post but there is an additional charge. You can also ask that your invitations be sent separately if you are placing a custom order but there will be a delivery charge for this service.
Any additional products required after your order has been despatched will be treated as a new order.
Payment Methods
Currently we accept payment by:
- Credit Card (Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa)
- Cheque
- Money Order
- Direct Deposit
- COD
We do not accept American Express or Diners Club at the moment.
All orders must be pre-paid before despatch.
If paying by cheque your order will be despatched after your cheque has cleared. After we deposit your cheque it will usually take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to be cleared to our bank account, depending on your bank.
If you wish to pay by direct deposit please email or call us for our banking details. Your order will be despatched once we have confirmed that the funds are in bank account.
Orders to be paid for by COD can only be sent via Australia Post Parcel Post and the fees charged by Australia Post will be added to your order.
