Ordering
You can order via our secure online store 24 hours a day, 365 days a year or alternatively you can place your order by:

Order Confirmation
After you place your order you will receive an email to confirm the details. This email is proof that we have received your order.
If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us to let us know.

Order Processing
Via our Online Store
Within 2 business days of you placing your order through our online store you will receive an email to confirm the availability of the products you have ordered and to give you an estimated processing and delivery time. In the short term this email will also give you options and costs for delivery.
Via Phone, Fax or Order
Within 2 business days of you placing your order you will be contacted by phone to confirm the availability of the products you have ordered and to discuss delivery options and costs
Availability of Stock
We aim to have products in stock at all times but please be aware the supply of goods is subject to availability. However as we offer such a wide selection of themes we may from time to time be out of stock or there may be a delay in expected delivery times from our suppliers.
In the event that we are out of stock of any product(s) we will do everything we can to fulfil your order before the date of your party. If we cannot get the product(s) in stock in time for your party we will contact you to advise you and to check if we can offer you alternatives or if you wish to delete the product(s) from your order.
Orders are addressed to the birthday child unless you request otherwise.
Invitations ordered as part of a party box can be sent separately by standard mail FREE of charge. You can request that your invitations be sent Express Post but there is an additional charge. You can also ask that your invitations be sent separately if you are placing a custom order but there will be a delivery charge for this service.
Any additional products required after your order has been despatched will be treated as a new order.
Payment Methods
Currently we accept payment by:
- Credit Card (Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa)
- Cheque
- Money Order
- Direct Deposit
- COD
We do not accept American Express or Diners Club at the moment.
All orders must be pre-paid before despatch.
If paying by cheque your order will be despatched after your cheque has cleared. After we deposit your cheque it will usually take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to be cleared to our bank account, depending on your bank.
If you wish to pay by direct deposit please email or call us for our banking details. Your order will be despatched once we have confirmed that the funds are in bank account.
Orders to be paid for by COD can only be sent via Australia Post Parcel Post and the fees charged by Australia Post will be added to your order.
Security
We are very careful about security so we manage credit card transactions through a secure site with encryption ensuring your credit card details are safe.
However, if you would prefer you are welcome to contact us by phone on (08) 8281 6539 with your credit card details.
Please never send us your credit card details by email or even by fax.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order you should send an email to orders@partytogo.com.au ASAP.
Standard Stock Lines
You can alter or cancel your order up until it has been dispatched. If you cancel your order after the goods have been removed from stock a re-stocking fee of 5% of the total value of the goods will apply.
Once the order has been despatched your order cannot be cancelled.
Special Orders
We are happy to order in stock for you that we do cannot carry as standard stock. However, once we have placed your order with our suppliers your order can not be cancelled. If you cancel before we have placed the order an admin fee of 5% of the total value of the goods will apply.
Returns
Party To Go prides itself on carefully selecting quality products so we are sure you will be happy with your order.
We will refund or exchange items if any item:
- provided by us has manufacturing defects or has been damaged in transit we will replace the item free of charge.
- you receive you believe it is not as described on our online store.please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund.
In either case we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your goods so we can discuss the problem and make arrangements for the return and replacement or refund of the item(s). When we receive the returned items we will forward replacement items or arrange for a refund.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you have changed your mind, no longer want the item or is in excess of your requirements (e.g. number of guests you were expecting did not attend your party).
Personalised Products
Any product that has been personalised with a name, date or other specifc information cannot be returned except if there is a fault in the manufacture. If you believe this to be the case please phone us on (08) 8281 6539 to make arrangements for the return and replacement of the products.
Delivery
Party To Go delivers Australia wide and to most international destinations, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Within Australia
Orders are sent via courier, Australia Post Express Post or Australia Post Parcel Post. Courier and Express Post are our recommended methods of delivery as your order can be tracked. If you wish to use Australia Post Parcel Post then we suggest that we send your order by registered post.
We do not deliver to P O Boxes unless by prior arrangement. If you wish to have your order delivered to a P O Box please contact us by phone on (08) 8281 6539 to arrange this.
Delivery times vary according to the delivery method and your location. From despatch please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery to a capital city and up to 5 working days for delivery to regional areas. Remote locations may take up to 10 working days but most orders will be received within 4 to 6 working days.
If you require your order more quickly than the estimated times shown above please let us know and we will make every effort to have your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
If you request your order to be sent by courier and no one is going to be available to sign for the parcel at delivery please add this to the Comments section at checkout. We will then provide the courier with an Authority to Leave. Without an Authority to Leave the courier will leave a card and you will then need to contact them to make an alternative delivery arrangement. In such cases a re-delivery fee may be charged by the courier company. If no-one is going to be home and you do not wish your order to be left you can nominate a different delivery address such as work, a neighbour's or a family member.
With Australia Post a card will also be left if there is no-one home and you will have to collect your order from your local post office. Please be aware of this limitation when you select your preferred delivery method.
We cannot guarantee any estimated delivery time. Once your order is despatched Party To Go has no control over the delivery and we do not accept responsibility for delayed or late deliveries.
Urgent orders can be sent via priority courier for an additional charge.
Party To Go reserves the right to select the method of delivery to ensure your order arrives prior to the scheduled date of your event.
International Orders
All International orders are sent by Australia Post. We will determine the best postage rate to suit the size of your order and the date that you require the goods.
A quote for postage and insurance will be provided to you for approval. The quote will also include an estimate of the delivery time based on information provided by Australia Post.
Party To Go cannot guarantee any estimate of a delivery time by Australia Post. Once your order is despatched Party To Go has no control over delivery times and does not accept responsibility for delayed or late deliveries.
In the event that an order weighs over 20kg, measures more than 144cm in diameter and/or is outside Australia Post's International delivery area ( www.austrliapost.com.au ) you will be contacted to discuss alternative arrangements. Please note that on advice from our bank we do not deliver to P O Boxes in overseas countries.
Overseas orders are despatched only after we receive confirmation from you by email that you accept the delivery and insurance charges as quoted.
Customs and import duties will be charged to the customer once the order arrives at the destination country. These duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. We recommend that you contact the relevant Government department regarding import restrictions and charges.
Our use of Australia Post as our preferred carrier for international orders is subject to change at any time without notice.
